The GraceNotes Logo PDF Print E-mail

I created the Grace Notes logo in order to signify grace as a unique and primary characteristic of the Christian faith. I also wanted to recognize the value of music in expressing faith.  The componants of the logo and banner come from several sources. The note head includes a picture of a sunset I took on the island of Patmos. The stem of the grace note forms a cross. And the musical score is from the Oratorio Eliljah by Felix Mendelssohn. "If with all your hearts ye truly seek me; ye shall ever surely find me" remains one of the most famous solos from that work. The text is adapted from Jeremiah 29:13.
